Is the demo really free?+
Yes. We build your homepage first and send you a private link. If you don't want to go ahead, you owe nothing and we delete it.
Do you only build websites?+
No. We build websites, grow social media, create content, set up business email on your own domain, automate repeat jobs and build custom software.
Where are you based?+
Carobpixel is the digital branch of Poromano, an international company. We are opening in Cyprus, and our local contact can meet you for a coffee. Everything else runs by WhatsApp, video call and email.
What if something goes wrong after you get the website?+
No tension. We take care of your site for 3 months after handover, completely free. As far as we know, no other agency does this.
Can I change the text myself later?+
Yes. Your site runs on WordPress with simple fields for each section, and we show you how in a short video call.
Can you run my social media?+
Yes. We plan the posts and videos, design them, write the captions, post them and check what works each month. You send photos and a few words on WhatsApp.
Can I have an email like info@mybusiness.com?+
Yes. We set it up on Google or Microsoft with your own domain and connect it to your phone, so you stop using a provider address.
What can you automate?+
The repeat jobs. Enquiries land in one place, and replies, reminders and follow-ups go out by themselves.
Can you build an app or a custom tool?+
Yes. A booking tool, a customer portal or a dashboard, built around how your business works. We talk first and you see the plan before we start.
Can I get help from the digital upgrade grant?+
Some Cyprus businesses may qualify for government support for digital projects. Ask us and we'll check the current call status with you. We can't promise eligibility.
