- What you send us through our forms: name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, links and your message.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
- If you accept analytics cookies: anonymous usage data such as pages visited and device type.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare your demo (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To deliver the work you buy from us (legal basis: contract).
- To understand how our website is used, only with your consent (legal basis: consent).
How long we keep it
Requests that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: our hosting provider, our email provider and, if you accept them, our analytics provider. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@carobpixel.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
